Ben's Bench
We were honoured to be present at the unveiling of a memorial bench at Noadswood School today for former student Ben Pavitt, who passed away 4 years ago today from cancer. Ben liked to sit and think on a rainbow bench that we have in Marchwood, hence the design.

3 Years Old Today!
Happy Birthday to us! It was 3 years ago today that a group of us got together with a plan to form a Men’s Shed and to work on projects to benefit the village. At the time we had no tools, no workshop and no idea how it would work. Since then we’ve set up our workshop, forged great friendships and completed countless community projects. Hedgehog Rescue Donation
Another £30 transferred across to East Boldre Hedgehog Rescue today from the recent sales of our Hedgehog Houses. This takes the running total to £230 raised for the rescue so far.

Memorial at Marchwood Priory
We delivered this bench to Marchwood Priory today. It is going to be installed in the grounds in the favourite spot of someone who sadly passed away recently.

Village Hall Planter
It was great to help out Marchwood Village Hall this week by replacing their rotting planter with a new one.

Table Easels
From the offcuts of the large display boards that we made for the group of local amateur artists, we’ve made some table easels so that they can further showcase their work. The team designed them to fold flat for storage.

School Production Assistance
Marchwood Junior School asked us to create supports for some scenery to be used in their upcoming Year 6 production. We dropped them round today for a test fit. We also had our annual refresher First Aid Course today run by Steve from SJM Training & Consultancy . It was once again a brilliant session so thank you very much Steve.

Bat Box Trail
We put up 8 of our bat boxes around the village today. Road Building
Little Gardners  got in touch to ask if we could make some wooden roads for the children to play with. After final inspection from Sid the Sausage Dog, they are good to go! The team also made them a storage box.
